Conference Songs

Make your delegates the ‘Stars of the Show’ by creating your own conference single and video which they perform.

We bring the ‘recording studio’ to your event so they get the full ‘recording star’ experience. We write and record the backing track, then record and film your delegates singing the conference single in all their glorious range of singing styles, remixing it to produce a follow up video. Producing a fabulous memento of the day, our ‘Conference Songs’ is also a great team building exercise as delegates watch each other performing, encouraging and bantering with their colleagues.

Before the event we will write, adapt and record the backing track for your song in collaboration with yourselves.

On the day we bring a professional recording studio to your event, ideally set up outside the hall but in a heavy traffic area, and then we get the delegates to sing all the individual lines, filming everything.

We then take all the raw tracks back to the studio, remix and produce the final track and edit the video to match for you to send out to the delegates as a ‘reminder’ of the event and the fun they had.

The cost of the full package starts at £5,000+vat including the preparation, recording on the day and supply of the finished edited track and video. Costs of track licensing and recording may vary wildly depending on whether you use one of our own tracks or a classic song.

We also organise short ‘Livener Sessions’ for conferences and events to get people laughing, breathing, on their feet and out of their comfort zone. We’ve had 200 delegates playing ‘Delilah’ on kazoos, 350 delegates playing ‘Satisfaction’ on swannee whistles, and planned acapella flashmob interruptions to conferences.
